Loving Your Heart
Symbol for Love is Heart. But we care very little of our Heart. We do not know what it needs, what is good for Heart health. Even we never care to say thanks to our Heart for doing its duty through out our life. We never asked our heart to function for our survival. We say thanks even to the unknown for just a small help.
Heart by doing its RESTLESS duty is saving our LIFE. But we never say thanks to it. Do human beings have no Gratitude to those who help or helping continuously? No. we have plenty of Gratitude. The problem is that we never recognize the existence of our Hearts. We may know that we too have Hearts when our near dear suffers from heart problems. We surely recognize and respect our Heart when we face a heart problem.
Let us start recognizing our heart before it fell sick. We are taking care of our household workers (their well being and health). Once we start caring and loving our Heart half of the problem is solved.
